During this internship, I focused on optimizing and solving complex control problems using OptimalControl.jl. I contributed to the development of the OptimalControlProblems registry within the Julia ecosystem by adding a new set of problems. Additionally, I built a comprehensive library to evaluate and compare optimization solvers, with a particular focus on computation time and the efficiency of automatic differentiation techniques. This experience enhanced my understanding of optimization methodologies, equipping me with practical skills in performance evaluation and the application of control theory in real-world computational challenges.
This student job allowed me to discover the professional world in France. It is a job that requires commitment and dynamism since we do several tasks such as shelving, customer reception and maintaining supermarket cleanliness. Teamwork and autonomy are two major factors and two qualities required for this job.
